Standing at nearly six and a half feet, Tiberius resembles a man in all ways with but one exception: he possesses a pair of mighty, grey-brown wings spanning twice the length that he is tall. His hair is worn long and unkempt, and it is of a hue similar to the aforementioned wings. Keeping it in relative position is a simple green strap of cloth, tied tightly about his forehead. He has a proud face, with eager grey eyes and pronounced jaw and cheek bones. His ears are slightly pointed at the ends, and decorated with what appears to be small bone earrings. His face is painted in the tradition of his tribe: Long, spiraling black tattoos which surround his eyes and follow the general outline of his face. On his upper body he wears nothing, revealing a chest thick with hair and relatively powerful arms. The arms are of average length for a man his height, and end in two massive hands with sharp, bird-like talons in the place of fingernails. Where his wings meet with his back, a pair of iron bands are worn, to afford these delicate appendages with mild protection. On his legs, he wears black cloth pants overlaid with thick hide leggings, which in turn are themselves overlaid with ring mail. The entire suit is held up with a single, strong leather belt that is clasped with a brass buckle. He wears no boots, instead opting to flaunt his hairy feet. The tips of his toes end in sharp talons much like his fingers. |

| Additional Information | As a wanderer, Tiberius essentially lives off of what the land provides. For food, he generally sticks to a diet of fish and berries, though he will stray if need be. He carries little currency, only that which he captures from those he defeats in combat. He is generally a mild-mannered individual, and he has no vested interest in regional politics, religion, or other such concepts. He is a skilled fisherman and forager, and has moderate understanding of herbal medicines. He knows nothing of magic and tends to fear those who use and study it. His combat style is rough, and he often swoops in low for quick strikes with his talons. From time to time, he will batter his foes with his powerful wings, but only if the risk of damaging them is low. He rarely remains engaged for any long stretch of time, prefering to hit and run, and he often leaves his foes incapacitated, instead of dead. |

Background
Hailing from a small, unnamed community carved out of the southern cliffs of the realm, Tiberius Malthus Irridius was named after his father, a respected fisherman and marauder of his tribe. But he was not the greatest of namesakes.
Instead of leading the typical, reclusive life of his people as a simple pirate and fisherman who refuses to stray far from home, Tiberius was stricken by wanderlust at a young age. This carried him farther and farther from his tribe.
On an evening more than thirty years ago, Tiberius was wandering a large expanse of grassland near his mountain home when a massive storm descended unpronounced upon him. The winds and icy rain forced him to the ground, where he took refuge in a small cave. When morning arrived, he discovered that he had lost his way.
He has since been wandering the lands, searching for his home or any place that could be called as much.
