"I can't." Celeste looked up at him. "I can't stop thinking my mind won't... Dazi has to stop me from thinking too much." She shook her head. "How could I stop?"

Daveth walked out of the bathroom, his hair wet. He didn't exactly like baths, so they were always quite quick.
Sev snorted.
"See. Even the princess agrees with me."
Daveth frowned. "They're ugly."

Hixon shrugged. "You just have to let go," he offered quietly. He didn't know how to explain it more, especially not in any helpful way.

Saber smiled at him. "Yeah, that's the point of them," she countered. "They're supposed to be ugly, vulgar words that describe ugly, vulgar things."

Celeste shook her head. That hadn't helped much... only gave her a solution she didn't know how to reach. "I don't know how to do that." She whispered and looked down.

"Well I know that, but I don't give...uh...that phrase you know. "It's impolite." He lectured Sev directly. "So don't do it."
Sev made a face to Saber, almost about to laugh. "Don't worry about it kid."
"And I'm not a kid either."

Hixon nodded slowly, thinking. If there had been anything to do around... he would have tried to distract her from it all. But there wasn't anything... "Are you hungry?" he asked out of the blue.

Saber smiled a bit, but she shrugged and walked away, sitting on the couch again. She looked out the window, but Hixon and Celeste were out of site.

Celeste nodded, though she wasn't sure if she was exactly. "I could eat." She said softly and looked up at him. She just wanted to stop thinking....

Sev inhaled deeply and grinned at his own stew, pouring Daveth and Saber a bowl each. "There you are," He offered.

Daveth frowned. "I'm not hungry..." He mumbled. He felt sick to his stomach from crying so much...and besides he had to think.

"But father!" Jessica pleaded.
"I will not hear another word of this," Lyrd said softly. "It has to be done. The throne is empty. I must stand up and you must step down."
"But! They could be still alive!"
Lyrd sighed and pulled his daughter into a hug as she sobbed.
"And if they are, I will gladly step aside. But for now, there needs to be order." He whispered. "Trust me."
Jessica sobbed. She had once been Queen, but with the death of Julian she was nothing.

Hixon nodded with a small smile. "Come on then," he said, turning back towards the cabin.

Saber got up again and leaned against the counter over her bowl. "Thanks," she said lightly. She took up her spoon and tried a small sip, although she wasn't exactly hungry either, in a similar boat as Daveth.

Celeste nodded and turned to walk with him. "So... you are Saber's companion?" She asked him quietly.

Sev couldn't help but lean back to get a better...view. He cocked an eyebrow and looked to the princess. "It is curious." He mentioned, offhand. "How you cannot be married already."
Daveth looked over at Sev and then to the princess. "You're not?"

Hixon glanced at her for a moment and nodded. "Her guard, yes," he said. "And I suppose her companion too. That's one way to put it."

Saber glanced up at the two of them and shrugged again. "Julian wouldn't push me into it, and everyone in the capital is... well self centered and self important." She pushed her stew around in the bowl, staring down at it. "I hate it there..." she whispered.

Celeste nodded. "It's the way it looks. You seem to be more then a guard from what I can see. She is dependent on you for many things."

Daveth nodded. "Artur used to dress me up for events and noble dinners too. I hated it. That's not me."
Sev smirked and shrugged. "There is nothing wrong with man looking nice. And certainly not women."

Hixon smiled and nodded. "Yes... she doesn't have many friends," he said quietly. "And nor do I."

Saber shrugged. "I don't mind the parties... until you have to talk to people," she said quietly. "They all want to brag about what they have and what others don't and... It's just stupid. I know... I can't really speak from experience or anything but... I don't like that world."
